We operate delivery and returns under the following terms and conditions.
For local orders most of our deliveries will be conducted using our own delivery van.
Please note that our own delivery van delivers between the hours of 9:00 and 17:00.
Our van does not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.
Please ensure that you fully inspect the contents of your delivery before signing to confirm receipt.
Mistakes cannot be resolved unless noted at the point of accepting your delivery.
For orders outside our local area deliveries will be conducted by a courier company. Please note that our courier delivers between the hours 8:00 and 17:30.
Our courier does not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays. Please ensure that you fully inspect the contents of your delivery before signing to confirm receipt.

All orders will be processed as soon as possible.
Orders received no later than 15:00 in the Republic of Ireland are usually delivered on the next business day. For example, if an order is received before 15:00 on Monday then delivery will usually be made on Tuesday.
Orders received after 15:00 will usually be delivered on the following business day. For example, if an order is received after 15:00 on Monday then delivery will usually be made on Wednesday.
Orders will be delivered on working days only. (No delivery on weekends)
Orders received over weekends will be processed on the next working day. For example, orders received between Friday 15:00 and Monday 15:00 will usually be delivered on Tuesday.
No deliveries will be made during Republic of Ireland bank holidays.
Orders received during bank holidays will usually be delivered on the flowing business day. For example, orders received during a bank holiday weekend (Between Friday 15.00 and Tuesday 15:00) will usually be delivered on Wednesday.
Depending on location, most of our 2-3 business day delivery service will be conducted using our own delivery van.

Customers have the option to collect their orders from our store free of charge if they wish. Upon collection of goods customers will need to show their order number and proof of identification.
In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and despatch your order as soon as possible.

If any of our products do not meet your requirements within a 30 day period please contact us to initiate a return and possible refund.

Terms & Conditions: Items must be returned in their original condition including any original outer packaging. Shipping, handling and insurance charges of the return are the responsibility of the customer unless agreed to be abided by Robert McCabe Ltd prior to any return.
Refunds Policy: If an item is being returned for credit, no credit will be issued until the item has been received, inspected and accepted. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item (via the email address associated with the account involved). We will immediately notify you (via the email address associated with the account involved) on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the refund within a certain amount of days (usually 2/3 business days), depending on your card issuer’s policies. In some circumstances we may also credit your online account with an agreed amount in lieu of a refund to the original payment method.
